11:00 EMOM:
Each minute perform the following tempo overhead squat. 5-2-1: 5 seconds down/2 second hold and drive up.
** Partner up with someone using the same weights.
** Coach will call the cadence by using the clock
** 3 rounds of 3 work minutes and 1 rest minute so this will take 11:00 minutes as the last rest minute does not count
** Increase weight as you feel (every time or every 2nd time.
** Score is heaviest completed lift.
NOTE: If you can not perform a good OHS. Use plates to elevate the heels as needed to get into a good position, then stretch the shit out of your calves/ankles for the next month so you don’t need the plates under your heels!

10:00 AMRAP
5 Hanging squat snatches 75/55 (rx+=95/65) (pro=115/85)
5 lateral bar burpees
STIMULUS: Controlled endurance. This will end up being an endurance workout with the squating and burpees.
** The controlled part is going to be in the hanging squat snatch so your not dancing around with the bar while heart rate is up.
** The barbell work should be unbroken every time so choose the barbell weight you will be able to do this.
** AGAIN IF YOU CAN NOT PERFORM THE OVERHEAD SQUAT PORTION OF SQUAT SNATCH, THEN MODIFY TO 3 HANGING POWER SNATCHES, GET YOUR HEELS ON THOSE PLATES AND DO 3 OVERHEAD SQUATS BEFORE DOING THE BURPEES. OH, AND BY THE WAY, DO YOUR STRETCHING OF THE CALVES!!!!!!!
