GOAT CYCLE 3 THEN FOR TIME (18:00 cap)
40 WBS (rx+=50)
30 CROSSOVERS (rx+=40)
20 TTB(rx+=30)
10 BARFEES(rx+=20)
5 Clusters (squat clean thrusters 115/85 (RX+= 10 reps at 135/100) (PRO= 10 reps at 155/110)
10 BARFEES(rx+=20)
20 TTB(rx+=30)
30 CROSSOVERS (rx+=40)
40 WBS(rx+=50)
STIMULUS : ENDURANCE – CARDIO AND MUSCULAR. higher rep ranges for these movements so there will be muscle failure and cardio failure.
WBS : First round a tactical break might be wise but then again you get to lay down after them. Last round – PUSH!
CROSSOVERS : You got em or you dont. (modiey to 1:00 of practice)
TTB : Skill level dependant here. Your grip will be fine so shut up and go!
BARFEES : Just a nice pace as you only get about a minute break before getting on them again.
CLUSTERS : Heavy but not stupid heavy, singles are where you should be for these, heavy yes but after all the work to get to these, they will be fast singles.
